Care offered to individuals which is included but not limited to, emotional support and socialization.

Personal care and assistance with instrumental activities of daily living provided on a short term basis, due to the absence  or need for relief for those persons normally providing the services.

Assistance with self administered medications, assistance with ambulation,  feeding, personal hygiene such as bathing, showering, oral care, skin care, shaving, hair care, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence, bed change and transfers.

Nonskilled services unique to the clients care needs that aids in their health, safety, welfare, and ability to live independently.
